What's the minimum order quantity for custom socks?
Our minimum is 50 pairs per design and size combination. That's intentionally low to support test runs, capsule drops, and brand launches that don't yet have full retail volume forecasted. The same care and quality go into every order. We tailor the quote to each project, so reach out and we'll come back with specifics for your spec.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from approved sample to delivery, depending on complexity, volume, and packaging. Sampling typically adds another 1-2 weeks at the start of a project. Rush production is sometimes possible for repeat customers - talk to us during the quote stage.
Do you do private-label and wholesale orders?
Yes, both. Private-label work means you supply the brand identity and we supply the manufacturing - packaging, labels, polybags, and hangtags all carry your brand, never ours. Wholesale orders without private branding are also welcome, in case you're sourcing for a multi-brand retail program.
What materials do you use?
Our yarn shelf includes combed and ring-spun cotton, polyamide, elastane, polyester, mercerized cotton, luxe Egyptian cotton, bamboo viscose, and recycled blends. We choose the blend per project - performance socks, fashion socks, and corporate gift socks all need different fiber decisions. If you have a specific yarn or finish in mind, send us the spec and we'll source against it.
Can I see a physical sample before placing the bulk order?
Yes - every project includes a physical sample for approval before production starts. Color, tension, pattern, and packaging are all reviewed during the sample stage. Production only begins once you've signed off. Most projects iterate through one or two sample rounds; the quote covers the first round.
What logo techniques can you produce?
Three main techniques: knit logos, where the design is built directly into the sock fabric using jacquard knitting (most premium feel and most durable); embroidery, raised thread sewn on top of the fabric (high-detail logos in small placements); and print, water-based inks applied after knitting (fastest for full-color reproduction). The right choice depends on the design complexity, placement, and price target. We'll recommend one when we see your artwork.
What kind of packaging can you provide?
Hangtags, branded sleeves, polybag inserts, kraft wrap bands, and custom retail boxes. Every option can be branded with your colors, copy, and finishing details. We can match an existing packaging spec or design new packaging from scratch alongside the sock itself.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Common destinations: EU, UK, US, GCC, and East Asia. We offer DDP (delivered duty paid - you pay nothing on receipt) and FOB (you arrange freight from Istanbul) - your choice depending on your logistics setup. We can also coordinate with your own freight forwarder if you have an established one.
