What makes a good running sock in manufacturing terms?
A running sock is built around three things: moisture management, targeted cushioning, and a secure, friction-free fit. We use fast-drying polyester microfiber and polyamide blends, sometimes bamboo viscose or merino for trail, then knit terry cushioning into the heel and ball of the foot where impact lands. Mesh ventilation panels sit over the instep, and a seamless hand-linked toe reduces rubbing. An arch-support band and ribbed cuff keep the sock locked in over distance.
Can you produce no-show running socks that don't slip down?
Yes. No-show and low-cut running socks stay put with a heel tab and an internal silicone gripper strip at the heel collar. We tune the cuff elastic and add an anatomical left and right shape so the sock holds its position through a full run without slipping into the shoe.
Do you offer moisture-wicking or blister-reducing yarns?
Yes. We work with moisture-wicking polyester and polyamide microfibers, bamboo viscose, and merino wool blends for trail and cold-weather running. Blisters come from friction and damp fabric, so we pair wicking yarns with flat seamless toe linking and a snug anatomical fit. Every blend is specified by exact composition, so your tech pack and labelling stay precise.
Can you make compression running socks?

What's the minimum order and lead time for running socks?
Minimum is 50 pairs per design and size. Standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from approved sample to delivery, with sampling adding 1 to 2 weeks at the start. A multi-size or multi-design run is welcome, and each design and size combination just needs to meet the 50 pair minimum.
