Can you work from hand-sketched designs or do you need a CAD tech pack?
Both work. We're comfortable starting from hand-sketched references, mood boards, or partial briefs, and developing a CAD-ready tech pack alongside the sample. Designer-led brands often work this way - the design intent matters more than the format. If you already have a tech pack, we'll work from yours and flag any production constraints during the sample stage.
What luxury yarn options do you offer for fashion socks?
Mercerized cotton (silky finish, premium drape), luxe Egyptian cotton, premium combed cotton blends with polyamide and elastane, and recycled-luxury blends. We can source specialty yarns for capsule projects on request, though specialty sourcing typically extends the lead time by 1-2 weeks.
Can you produce small-batch limited editions for capsule drops?
Yes - capsule editions are one of our common project types. The 50-pair MOQ specifically supports brands testing a sock alongside a clothing collection drop, or running designer collaborations with limited print runs. For numbered limited editions, we can include serialized hangtags and individually numbered packaging on request.
Do you offer hand-linked toes or other premium finishing techniques?
Yes. Hand-linked toes are the premium finish for fashion socks - instead of a machine-sewn toe seam, the loops are linked individually for a virtually invisible, comfortable finish. We also offer ribbed welts, contrast piping, intarsia knit panels, multi-tone heel pockets, and rolled-edge cuffs. These finishing techniques are typically associated with higher per-pair cost, which is rarely an issue at the price points fashion socks usually sit at.
